PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As your projects develop, you can rely on support from our dedicated Program Managers as your primary point of contact, leveraging formal project management, scheduling, change control, communications and other formal systems. These Managers work with our Manufacturing, Planning and Quality teams to utilize the essentials tools and processes, such as our ERP/MRP system, AS9100 Quality System, Lean Manufacturing techniques and Project Management methods to control the manufacturing process and ensure your products are manufactured within specification and on schedule for timely shipment.

Acclaim’s unique demand management process makes it easier for our customers to get the aerospace and defense parts they require. Unlike other aerospace manufacturers that simply wait for orders to come to them, we take a proactive approach to meeting our clients’ needs. We use a modern cloud-based ERP/MRP software to integrate with our customer supply chain and kanban inventory management systems and forecast their future demand. This ability to anticipate our customers’ orders allows us to efficiently plan our production and offer reduced lead times, which helps our customers keep their projects on schedule. In fact, these demand management systems are so effective that we maintain an on-time delivery rate of 98% to 100%.

In addition to demand management, we can also help simplify our customers’ supply chains through our association with trusted partners for special processing needs including Heat Treating, Platings, Coatings, Anodizing, and many other surface treatment, including NADCAP and OEM Approved Source Lists (example: Boeing D1-4426).

Through vertical integration and supply chain management, we offer full turnkey product management that includes everything from materials sourcing and engineering support to assembly and packaging. This saves our clients both time and money by reducing the number of outside aerospace suppliers in their supply chain.
